4. Payment Accounts and Transactions

4.1 To use the Service, (a) you must have an e-mail account and create a payment account with us by providing complete and accurate registration information, (b) if the applicant is registering as an individual, the applicant must be at least 18 years old, or if the applicant is registering on behalf of a business, the applicant must be duly authorized to enter into this Agreement on behalf of the business. We may refuse at any time and for any reason to provide the Service to anyone.

4.2 We may at any time require you to provide information to verify your identity before we permit you to access some or all of the features of the Service.

4.3 Three types of Payment Accounts are available through our service: Personal Accounts, Student Accounts, and Practitioner Accounts.  You will be asked to provide proof of status for registering Student Accounts and Practitioner Accounts.

4.4 If you believe that there is an error or unauthorized transaction or activity associated with your Payment Account, you should contact us immediately.

4.5 We may delay, suspend or reject a transaction for any reason, including without limitation if we suspect the transaction subjects us to financial or security risk or is unauthorized, fraudulent, suspicious, unlawful, in violation of the terms of this Agreement, or otherwise unusual.


5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY, ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Some of the products and services may not be available to you at all, or at the prices indicated, because of the manner or locations in which the products are distributed, the services are rendered, or due to an error. Prices and availability of products or services are subject to change without notice.

When you place an order with us, we collect your name, address, telephone number, credit card information and your email address. Pricing, Payment & Sales Tax

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We currently accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards for online purchases. If you order through our secure online shopping cart, all orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. Ontario and Federal sales tax is applicable on all orders.
